Diet

By preference we supply Arden Grange foods, which are Hypoallergenic and free from GM ingredients, artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. They also carry the ‘Not Tested on Animals Guarantee’ logo. However, we understand that your pet is an individual with specific likes and dislikes. If this is the case and you would like to bring your own food we will ensure that your pet’s meal times are as enjoyable as those at home.

Please also bring in any medications that your pet requires.

Bedding

Freshly laundered bedding and beds are supplied, as standard, for all of our guests, but if your pets prefer to bring their own we will be happy to make them comfortable.

We would appreciate bedding being supplied for any mischievous pets; however we can supply our own bedding on the understanding that replacement cost will be passed on.

Vaccinations

In the interest of keeping your pets healthy and to maintain our own high standards we require:

• Up to date vaccination certificates, including Kennel Cough
• All certificates must be supplied prior to accepting your pet for their holiday booking
• Please ensure that your pet has been treated for fleas and other insects within two weeks of arrival

Tariff

• £12.50 per pet per day
• 15% reduction for second (or more) pets sharing the same room
• 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
• £2.00 per pet per stay veterinary insurance cover
• There is no charge on the day of departure if you collect your pet before 10.30

Every year thousands of pets go missing

• Each microchip, about the size of a grain of rice, gives a unique traceable number
• Your pet will be registered with Petlog, run by the kennel club, and traceable by local authorities, police and rescue homes 24/7.
• As the Yorkshire Regional Trainer for ‘Peddymark’, part of the BSAVA advisory committee, I can microchip your pet either during their stay or in your own home
• For just £12.50 (plus mileage to your home) you will get : ‘TOTAL PEACE OF MIND’
